Darsweil L. Rogers formed RMC following a successful 24-year Wall Street career that included 19 years at JP Morgan Chase & Co. Positions at the firm included, CEO, JP Morgan Insurance Brokerage & Advisory Services, Director of Strategy, Chase Insurance Group and a Senior Originator, Middle Market Leveraged Finance Group. Mr. Rogers is a graduate of Howard University with a degree in Finance.
