Hello and welcome to Video 3 (training) on the topic of Higher Profits through Improved Employee Performance. This is a 5 part video series I created to assist you in understanding the core elements that moves the profitability of an organization higher and allows it to be sustain that performance over time.
This video delves into the myths about training. Most companies do not train their staffs adequately for the level of performance they are seeking. It is vital that your people know what they need to do and when they need to do it. You cannot achieve higher performance and profits if they do not. The area where this is most obvious is in dealing with your customer. But the issues impact your profits throughout the organization. As and Executive Business Coach, I am constantly asking my clients to focus on their staff and make sure they know the role they play in the organization AND how their job responsibilities impact the rest of the organization.
The video is below. Please leave me a comment, I want to know what you think. Also, I am about to launch some web-based training on effective management. Let me know if you would be interested in attending.
